- Open your client list and look for an export option.
- If you don't see one, ask Booksy support to send you your client list as a CSV or Excel file.
Menus change from time to time. If you can’t find the export, Booksy’s support can send you your client list — it’s your data.

Names (even split into first and last), phones, emails, notes, birthdays and addresses are matched automatically, and duplicates are caught. Clients aren’t sent offers until they agree to them.
